That's a great point about the way subtext interpretation is totally fine for m/f couples! I feel like since Hannibal finally did it, and Legend of Korra too, it's proof that a show CAN actually follow through on its gay subtext. Now we just need a show that actually keeps going after the reveal...I feel like there's been one, but I can't remember it off the top of my head.
